Distance. Let’s tell a story of the covid year.

Join Framework Arts for a project called

Tips for participating:

  • Please believe that there is no right or wrong way to participate. This project welcomes the entire spectrum of responses. If you are curious about this way of working and want to see a recent Framework Arts collective piece, look at and listen to Water here.

  • The prompts are intended to be non-specific but hopefully not painfully non-specific! If you want a bit more elaboration, text me right back and ask for some clarification.

  • For Audio Responses: This could be anything from a list of one word answers to short phrases or a 10 minute rant. Don’t worry about “ums” or start overs, or making specific sense, treat it like a recorded musing, commentary, or confessional. Do speak up and try to eliminate background noise. Any/all of the participants in a family can submit answers.

  • For Photographed Responses: Submit what makes sense to you, from abstract images to literal ones. Don’t worry about it not making sense to us. Do feel free to answer with images from anytime over the last year or take a new photo. Do submit as many as you want.

  • You will receive seven different prompts over a week. Respond every day or all at once, to whichever prompts work for you.

  • People can still join all the way up to the end of March. Invite anyone you want!
